#texturetuesday transparency : adapting to my natu #texturetuesday transparency : adapting to my natural hair postpartum has been interesting. i’ve been used to seeing myself with predominately violet hair for over 6+ years of constant processing and bleaching… though quite brief, my loc’d stage was a much needed reset for my hair, and now that I’ve combed them out, i can’t bring myself to letting any chemicals cook my follicles for the sake of aesthetics 😭 it feels like i’ve been painted into a corner that only creative expression can get me out of.. im excited to be in this place. let’s see what happens next 😈🙃
